El Consejo, Revenga Municipality On March 4th, the Venezuelan Foreign Press Association (APEX) visited Proyecto Alcatraz and became a donor of NGO Proyecto Alcatraz.

The donation consisted of books, computers and printers that will be used at the new headquarters of the NGO, which will be opened next month. Phil Gunson, President of APEX, expressed his faith in yhe Project, which he considers an excellent way to contribute with the community.
